Steve Becker

Steve Becker is a writer, director & producer focused on dark comedies about redemption and fish out of water tales. He has worked on projects all over the world after starting out in finance & production at CBS Sports, both in studio and game sites. Steve toils in the financial & real estate development industries which has informed his ample producer toolkit. He studied comedy at NYU, UCB & PIT and likes to field test his material in front of live audiences. His 1st feature film, Manhattan Minutiae, is a rock & roll romantic comedy streaming on Amazon. Steve just shot a 1 hr TV pilot based on the movie. In addition, his 2 web series - the Brazilian comedy Brazzy Jazzy & the rocking musical, Lower East Asides, are winning festivals around the world. Having lived in LA for 3 years & Brazil for 6 years, Steve and his Brazilian wife reside in NYC but flee to Rio to escape the worst of winter’s fury. His goal is to shoot a project on every Continent while continuing to write/produce 2 off-Broadway shows per year. Short of that, Steve dreams about growing his hair back.

 

Ana Gabriela Ribeiro

Ana Gabriela Ribeiro is a  Lisbon-based writer and screenwriter with a cross-cultural background between Portugal  and Brazil.  She holds an MFA in Film Directing from EICAR in Paris and began her career in television Production at SIC. Author of Satirical novel Província Country Club- a look at power and etiquette behind social privilege- she won 3rd place at the SCRIPT V+International Screenplay Festival  with her  comedy screenplay Madam. Working between Europe and Latin  America, she focuses on character driven stories that question status, belonging, and performance in society. With a background in dance and singing, she brings a sharp sense of timing and embodied humor to her creative process

Gloria Tello

Gloria Tello is an artist based out of Brooklyn. She has been working in the editorial department of major films for the past 4 years with credits on projects such as Fox's Keeping Up With the Joneses and Disney's The Nutcracker. She has a passion for all aspects of filmmaking and has concentrated her studies and efforts towards editing: the final 'writing' phase of any project. She received a BA in Film Production in her hometown at Arizona State before moving to New York in 2015. She has enjoyed working with Blue Carioca Entertainment as an editor on several web series and a TV pilot. Outside of filmmaking, Gloria loves dabbling in other art forms, such as painting, music making, and photography, as well as any outdoor activity that takes place in the sun.
